IMPORTANT NOTES: Premium Eco rooms are located on the side of the building facing the seclusion barriers or on the ground floors, their balconies have restricted or no views.

Flora rooms are located next to the property main building in the garden area. Flora Jasmine room is for adults only, located furthest from the main building.

Some outdoor facilities are only available during summer season. Depending on weather conditions, their availability dates may vary 7-15 days (earlier or later).

Boys 5 years old or above are not permitted in ladies-only facilities. Girls 5 years old or above are not permitted in men-only facilities.

Complimentary VIP services for guests booking the villa: free airport transfer (min 3 night stays), private butler, private beach cabana, boat tour (shared with other families) and priority on A’la Carte restaurant reservations.

Villa has a minimum 3 night stay restriction during high season. Premium Suite has a minimum 2 night stay restriction.

Please note in exceptional cases, parasailing and planes can pass above the women-only outdoor area, property cannot intervene in these situations.

In stormy weather, as the sails separating the women-only section cannot be opened, the women-only beach area may not be operational.

In force majeure cases, property will make refunds after 2 months of starting operation. If hotel cannot start operation, refunds will be paid by end of the year at the latest.

A booking can only be modified up to two times, and modification requests must be reported to the hotel at least 15 days before check-in date.

Honeymoon couples are entitled to 5% additional discount (the official wedding date must be made within 6 months before the date of accommodation).

Please note that, all guests are required to present photo IDs upon arrival.

Guests staying 7+ nights may use the A’la Carte restaurant once at free of charge.

During the month of Ramadan, the hotel serves either All Inclusive or Half-Board (Suhoor & Iftar) options.

Hotel follows Islamic dress code in mixed-gender areas such as the restaurant. Guests have to wear trousers, dresses, skirts below the knee, half sleeve clothes.
