- Cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the tour: Full refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the tour: No refund
- In case of bad weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances, the tour may be cancelled and rescheduled for another date or time. In such cases, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
