Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation made at least 24 hours before the cancellation date will receive a full refund.
Cancellation made between 12 and 24 hours before the cancellation date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation made within 12 hours of the cancellation date will not receive a refund.
In case of weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies, tours canceled will receive a full refund.
No refund will be given for cancellations made after the tour starts, but rescheduling or using for a different tour option may be offered.
For group tours, the canceled person's fee will not be refunded, or the cost of the tour will be balanced by the other participants' payment."
