Cancellation Conditions

If the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the departure date of the tour, a full refund will be made.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the departure date of the tour will be refunded 50%.
Cancellations made after the departure date of the tour are non-refundable.
For cancellations made by the tour company due to weather conditions or other reasons that require the tour to be cancelled, a full refund is made or an alternative tour option is offered.
In case of cancellation of any activity in the tour, no refunds will be made.
In case of cancellation of the tour, the entire tour fee will be refunded if the tour company does not fulfill its obligations.
In case of cancellation of the tour, even if the tour company has fulfilled its obligations, in cases where additional costs must be covered or compensation must be paid, these costs will be deducted from the tour fee and a refund will be made.
